Canada Post Or Courier

Hi Everyone,

I am about to send my application to Nova scotia, just wanted to know other people opinion on how should we send the documents by Canada Post Or a courier?
Which is better? While going through this forum I came across a few posts where people had difficulty with Canada Post.

I used canada post (Xpress prepaid envelop) and it took 3-4 business days to be delivered. the total cost is around 18$.
I even used canada post to send my passport to issue TRV visa and it works very good and fast.
I recommend it.

A signature on delivery is not possible for the P.O Box address because nobody will be there to sign for it and your package may be returned to you. If you want a signature when the package is delivered, use the courier address.

I sent UPS for $25 and it was delivered in 20hrs from Ontario.
