If doctor doesn't report my self harm scar in my student visa , dose it effect permanent resident in future?
I am thinking for laser treatment cause my scars aren't deep or that visible

Laser treatment is usually pretty difficult on scars and on darker skin. Would be better to be honest since scars will be visible and not show any recent signs of self harm and proof that you have addressed your mental health issues with counselling and/or medication.
