With the lottery option, anybody can and WILL fill-up the form and their name will be in the draw. This is unbelievable. We might end up in a situation where CIC draw 10,000 names and NONE of them fulfill the requirements.

Is there any way to voice our concerns to the minister? Any online petition or something like that?

that's true, its always been an advantage to Ontario applicants.

So it's still the rush of getting it delivered to be in the 10,000 limit.

they are only going to invite 10,000 who meet their requirements. so no more rush now to submit but still there will be time frame.

No. There's now a one month period to register online to be in the draw. So no need to rush the first one since it doesn't matter if you do it on day 1 or day 28, you're in the draw either way. And no need for a rush afterwards, because once you've got a space, you have about 3 months to use it.
