Can PR request the financial aid cuz of Covid-19?

The question is:

I have quit my job on July 2019(voluntarily), and was trying to find a new job since then

I could not find a job till like February , and after the corona thing it is impossible to find a job now.

I am wondering, if there is any financial aid in Canada for PR?

You don’t qualify for CERB.
