I recently got Canadian PR from AINP H1B Strategic recruitment program. I am already working in US as full time employee to one of the major bank. My wife is on H4 in US as of now. Can she work in Alberta since she is already holding Candian PR as my dependent without my presence in Alberta ? If so this will give me flexibility to stay for somemore time in US before i decide to quit the job in US and move to canada. If my wife staying in Canada without me for more than three years as per the minimum requirement for Citizenship and will she be eligible for citizenship/PR extension that way later even if i loose my existing PR later she can sponser my PR back, if things don't work out in US for my green card.
