Can I use two NOC codes for Express Entry (9 and 5 months experience in NOC A&B)

Hi,

I have more than a year experience in two different fields. Nine months experience in Management NOC A and 5 months experience as LAB ANALYST which is NOC B.
I wonder, if I can use two NOC codes to show cumulative one year experience. Both of my work experiences are in Canada.

Please help.
