yes, you can, provided all the conditions of checklist of study permit application are met.
that is, you have to pay for your 1st semester fee and gic- whatever the source of funding you are using..

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for your revert. I will be self-funding my education and living expense. I have the amount required for GIC, but for the fees / tickets etc i wanted to take a personal loan. Would that be possible?
