Given that the processing of CAQ takes about a month and the processing of study permit takes over a month and my current study permit is expiring soon, can I submit my application to renew study permit before CAQ is received (e.g. upload the confirmation letter of my CAQ application for the require document of CAQ) and then add the CAQ later when I receive it?
Can I submit study permit extension application before receiving CAQ, and upload CAQ later?
