Hi Guys,

I am 30 years old, did my bachelor's degree (3 years) in India a long time ago, have 7 years of work exp, did my post graduation (general MBA, Masters degree- 1 year) from the UK, worked for a year after my post graduation degree in the UK, came back to India and now I am working for the past 6 months in India.

I am thinking of doing a course in Sept 2011 in Canada. However the course is a 2 year program and at a bachelor's degree level.

Do you think thats going to be a problem? The reason for the 2 years is: the second year I can choose the topic that I would like to do which is not avilable in any one year program.

Kindly advise.

Cheers

I think that you will difficulties obtaining a study permit. You are intending to take a Bachelors program, whereas you already have a Master's degree. CHC will not see this as a progression.

U may have a chance to get yr study visa provided yr program of study is completely different from yr bachelors or yr masters that u have acquired. If u are doing similar programs, then the chances of getting that visa will be very slim.
