Can I send NEW FBI clearance and IELTS results after sending application.

Hi,
My ielts exam is on 21st July 2012 and my updated fbi result is expected to come early august 2012
I have 5 months old FBI already with me ( i know it should be 3 months old)
Can i apply with that FBI on 1st july stating that my new FBI and ielts result is pending and i will send it as soon as i receive them both.
I don't want my application to be rejected or returned back just because i didnt send my ielts result or fbi updated result.
pls pls help me. im stuck
I don't want to wait until August, else my NOC cap will be over. its 1122 NOC - business services to management category which exhausts really fast.

Your IELTS certificate should be submitted along with the application to CIO.
You can make an explanation letter for the reason why you cannot submit the FBI report along with the application.

It will be too late if i wait for IELTS result ((
Can i not send a letter stating that Im waiting for my result.
I can also show email from IELTS on test confirmation as a proof.
pls tell me that would be ok ??

Hello kanikasapra,
for the current rules there is no way to send your application without the ORIGINAL IELTS result. If you do so then your application will be returned to you.
Again, for today rules it is totaly true. Be in tune with the possible changes in this month if nothing changing in this matter so you already know how to proceed.
