The real question should be will the university have a problem let alone CBSA who will likely not be aware of the uni start date ?

Hi,

When you get the acceptance letter from the college/university, they will mention the late joining date. Usually they allow up to 1 week from course start date. If you can not join by that date (Late joining date), then you will have to consider the next season.
