Can I hide over-employed working experience?

During a period, I worked for 2 companies at the same time. But only one job (J1) meets the CEC, another job (J2) does not meet. J1 and J2 and in Canada, and taxable.
Can I only submit J1's employment confirmation letter to apply for CEC? Can I fully hide J2 from IRCC? Or do I have to mention it during my personal history? Will it have some troubles? Will I be rejected by this problem? Thank you so much!!!

I don't see any problem if mentioned it in personal history as long as you worked legally. (With work permit) There is nothing like over-emplyoed.

Thumb rule is to not hide anything.
