You would not qualify under CEC. For that you need 2 years study and 1 work (skilled job).

You might qualify under the PNP in your province. I read your previous posts and noticed you are going to Georgian college in ON, then you should look into the ON PNP at http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPSTUDENTS.html

Different immigration classes. CEC is Canadian Experience Class and is a federal program for people who have worked or studied and worked in Canada and want to apply for PR.

PNP stands for Provincial Nominee Program. Those are the programs of the different provinces where they pick and choose who they might want to nominate for PR. Then you first apply to the province and after they nominate you, you can apply for PR. They have different options depending on the province. I think all of them allow employers to sponsor people who are workign for them. I think most of them have some kind of program for people who have studied in the province.

FSW is another immigration class, that is one where you must get a certain score on a points system and must either have a job offer or your occupation must be one of the most wanted according to immigration.

You can read about them here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

There is no special PR of Ontario. There is only PR of Canada.

Ontario can nominate you under their provincial nominee program which means they give you a letter saying to immigration Canada that they have approved you on their behalf. You use the letter to apply to immigration Canada for PR of Canada. It is the same as any other PR.

They are two different immigration classes.

PNP means you need approval from the province and then you apply for PR under PNP category, not CEC category.

CEC means that you need to meet the requirements for CEC and then you apply under CEC.

You do not get a PNP nomination and then apply under CEC. If you already qualify for CEC, you should not waste your time to get a PNP nomination, you should apply right away under CEC.

Success rate is 100% if you qualify, pass the medicals and background checks and if you are under employer support that you continue working for that employer until your processing is done.

Actually, the PNP's are very good and the people there are very helpful and can answer your questions as you go through the process :)
