CAN I DO TWO 1 YEAR POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATES FOR A 3 YEAR PGWP?

I have been accepted into two ontario Designated learning institutions. one is a post graduate certificate for one year, and the other is a diploma for 2 years. I would like to get the chance to obtain a 3 year post graduate work permit. can i do two 1 year post graduate certificates and still be eligible for a 3 year post graduate work permit? or should i do the 2 year diploma. i already have a bachelors degree. please help...

u have tto take one 2 year program or 2 different ones for 2 year each. then only u get 3 yr pgwp.
