Can I be hired in Canada by my own company (which is established in Norway)?

Hi,

I have a small company in Norway and I am now moving to Canada to retain my PR status. I am planning to pay myself salary (through my Norwegian Company) in Canada but I am not sure about the tax implications. Following are my questions -

1. Does my Norwegian company need to fill any paperwork to hire me in Canada? or just wire transfer my salary each month from Norway into my Canadian bank account?
2. Except for getting salary from my Norwegian company, I do not intend to receive any money from the Norwegian company. If so, do I still need to declare the earnings of my Norwegian company?
3. Would my Norwegian company have to issue a W2?
4. Are there any Accountants in this forum, who have worked on something like this before? If yes, what would be your consultation charge?

Thanks,
Arnab
