Here's my situation:
I'm a student in Canada now, and my study will expire in September. I'm going to renew my study permit, and after the extension, my study permit will expire in December or the next January.
My husband is not in Canada, and I want to apply SOWP for him, but I don't know what time is the best time to apply. I see some people get rejected for SOWP because "there is less than 6 month before the expiration of study permit", so, should I wait until I graduate and get my PGWP? or should I just apply now?
Please give me some suggestions. Thank you so much!!!
