Hello Dear Experienced Members.
I would like to ask a question I am living in Canada since 2012 FEB ( Originally Landed as PR in 2010) move to Canada in 2012). I have already renewed my PR card in 2016 on Humanitarian Grounds which is Valid till 2021.
I would like to ask as my Family and Kids are there and all of them have citizenship except me due to the nature of my Job I am living in Canada only 32 Days and 37 Days out of Canada .
I have calculated my Days and I am still short with 4 months What I would like to ask Can I submit the application with the covering letter since I am filing my tax on regular basis I have a house but due to the nature of my job I cant fulfil these days I will always have 4 months short .
