Hi,

I'm a lawful permanent residence of USA (have green card). I spouse live in out of USA. we have two child. She is eligible for applying to CANDIAN under fedarel skill worker(FSW).

my question is as follows:
1. Can I apply as a spouse with her?
2. Does it effect my green card?
3. If i get permission with her do I need to surrender my green card?
4. Can I keep both (green card and PR in CANADA)?
5. If she get permission for PR in canada, can she come to USA and live with me?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1. Yes
2. No
3. No, but if the USA thinks you have moved to Canada permanently, they might decide to cancel your green card.
4. Yes, for Canada PR, you need to be in Canada at least 730 days (2 years) in any 5 year period but for US green card, it's not that clear. You can not be outside the US for more than a year without asking for a returning resident permit, it's actually better to go there at least every 6 months. If you stop filing taxes in the US, that can also be taken as a sign that you have moved away permanently.
5. No, PR's of Canada have no status in the US. If you want her to live in the US, you would need to sponsor her.
