I am currently in Canada as PR under court appeal for RO. I am studying at a flight school (7 months now)
The hearing date is set and I am more and more expecting to lose the PR status at the end of the appeal. I will have a period of 30 days to leave before it turns into a deportation.
The question is, can I apply for a study permit within this period without having to leave the country so I don't discontinue my studies?
edit: Likewise, can I apply for a PR status while being in Canada as a student? Will I have to leave as well into order to enter as PR?
