My wife is applying for SINP in Saskatchewan. Once she gets nominated, I become eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit.
Can anyone tell me what conditions I need to fulfill to get an OWP ? I can show funds, property, but I am currently unemployed. Is employment necessary when I am applying for an OWP ?? I mean how does that matter ?
