Hi guys
ready to mail out my package

Just wanna double check before send out
for the spousal owp under inland sponsorship

I put documents as follows:

1. checklist from CIC website
2. IMM5710 validated & signed
3. payment of 255 CAD
4. Upfront medical exam information page
5. Current passport biological page and stamped page
6. Current work permit
7. Marriage certificate
8. old passport information in case they ask
9. My wife's Canadian passport bio page

is this correct?
I am about to mail it out with my PR application
another question is that am I suppose to put them in one huge box but in two separate smaller envelope?
is there any requirement for the envelope size?

I am using other courier service than Canada post ,so the address should be

right?

what information do you suggest to provide on the outside of the whole package box?
