I have a question for a few friends currently in Canada. One of them is a International student of a 3 year program and the other is working full time.
As you are aware international rates for study are very expensive and they were wondering if after the working spouse has completed a full 12 months of full time work would she classify to apply for Express Entry (of of course meeting the rest of the requirements)?
