For completion of 2 years work experience, Do we must need to work 30hrs/week for 24 months or we can show 1560*2 hrs as 2 years.

On the day of finishing 2 years in same company i did not finish each week with 30 hrs, but because I had work extra hours in some weeks my criteria for hrs of 2 yrs finished.

Should I count that as a 2 yrs of experience or I must have to finish 52*2 weeks with 30hrs each for 2 yrs of experience?

To claim points for 2 years, yes it needs to be at least 1560 Hours x 2 years. It's the result you'll get if you have worked for 30 hours per week.
For showing proof, as long as your paperwork shows that you have worked at least 30 hours per week for 2 years, you're fine.

Doesn't matter either way.. as points for 1 to 3 years are same
I guess you mean points for 1 or 2 years are the same. Not 1 to 3 years.
And even then, it only applies for CRS points, giving 13 points for 1-2 years of XP.
Under FSW eligibility points, you only get 9 points for 1 year, and 11 points for 2-3 years.

For example I worked 45hrs each for 2 weeks and take 1 week off, can i count 90 hrs for 3 weeks?

Taking a week off while you're still employed doesn't break your work...
3 weeks of work on 45h/week, is 135 hours total, even if you took a 1 week vacation in the middle.

Just like 1 year of work at 30h/week, equals 1560 hours, even if you took a month vacation in the middle. As long as you're still an employee of the company and paid while on vacation.

So if I hv worked total of 90 hrs in 1st and 3rd week and 2nd week was vacation, Ican count it as 3 weeks experience right?

Well yes.
But you're using 3 weeks just as an example right?... Because you can't enter weeks in work history. It's by month/year.
