Single male going to Two year global business management course at mohawk college Low ielts and very marginal academic record.Given the application previous educational history and academic standing.The ability to pursue study in canada at this point is does not seem reasonable.The PA has low english profociency.. And its written that am at the age of migratory so i don't have sufficient ties to india.. So the Application is refused.. What should i do.. As it was mentioned in CAIPS that i was rejected due to low marks i have 53 percentage and 6 Bands.. so should i re-Apply or not.. ?? please suggest me
