Hi All,
I don't know what CIC is doing here. I just got my CAIPS file and for some reason it says that my Case Type is MISCALLENEOUS
It has the notes stating that I have submitted my spouse to my CEC application but does not mentioned my spouse as an accompanying family member in my application.
Surprisingly enough, my last CAIPS file did have all the right info (also had a BFD) but this one has no info at all!!!
Please suggest an immediate action.
I have asked my local MP and it has been 2 weeks since and I've heard nothing from them yet.
I filed my CEC in May 2010, file got transferred to NY in March 2011 and have heard nothing from them since.
