Buying a used car in Ontario and driving it in Manitoba

Hello, if i buy a car from Ontario which is ontario regd and drive it all the way to Winnipeg MB. What is the process to register the car in Manitoba and what would be the costs involved. The reason for this is that my uncle lives in York ON and i have seen many clean cars with much reasonable prices than Manitoba so same conditioned car which is $5000 in manitoba can be easily bought in 3000-3500 in ontario.

1. It needs a COI (Inspection) before it can be registered in Manitoba, cost $55.00.

3. You will need a special permit to move the car from Ontario to Manitoba https://www.ontario.ca/page/special-permit
