Looks like you and me are the only one, who did not get any communcation from Ottawa, it has been the same for me, 37 months, even i had applied in March2010. I am just getting crazy waiting for communication regarding my file from Ottawa. Are you in US too ?

I am in Canada since 2007, was eligible for CEC in Dec 2010........which takes only 6-13 months...............my bad luck was buffalo office with FSW.........I contacted my local MP too, they said officer is not assigned yet. I do not know how long they will take

It is totally random.
Ottawa reviews the files based on the order they were received, not based on the application date etc.
I am gonna complete 35 months in one week, and they only say it is in queue for review by an officer of CIC.

So when can we expect PPR........my medical will expire in May.................also according to the new update on CIC.........they are promising to complete the buffalo backlock by Fall, 2014.............2014
Our was already delayed by buffalo..........now Ottawa is testing our guts..........I m broke now

Finally Ottawa touched my case, but unfortunately they have asked for updated form and etc. as follows:
Ø Updated IMM0008.

Ø Updated Schedule A for you.

Ø Updated Schedule 3 for you.

Ø Updated evidence of settlement funds (showing 3 month deposit/ withdrawal history) for you.

Ø Updated letter of employment from your current employer, showing your current occupation and your annual salary

As the deadline of submission is set to April 2013, I suppose I have not to expect anything sooner than that.

Dear All Ottawa emailed me and need me to obtain an updated police certificate from Vietnam. Someone in this thread gave me a link on how to go about the processing of the police certificate my problem begins when I asked the Vietnamese Embassy which is located in Ottawa they told me that O should be going the Vietnam and take it there personally... what an inconvenience how can they expect me to go there? Can someone in this thread help me on how to go about this processing I only have 50 days more to submit the said document. Thank you in advance.

I think in dec 2012 approx 20 or 25 ppr issued from ottawa but in jan 2013 hardly 3 or 4 issued
so no idea about feb what they will do , things are getting slow now , i think ottawa again stop working on our files
may be we need to wait for march or april
coz before may 2013 new fSW system will start , before that may be will get some news by that
