Any update today??? Guys.

look at the reply i got from Buffalo VO. When i sent inquiry to VO for follow up on application.

CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.

We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from April 2010 during the current calendar year.

dont worry they are giving standard reply to everyone and just replace with the month you applied

Hey Guys,

I looks that I am not the only one frustrated from waiting.

I first applied on August 2009, 1ST AOR December 2009, 2nd AOR April 2nd 2011, sent docs on April 30th 2011 and waiting since that date. My online status has been changed to in process around June 2011 and nothing changed since then.

The current processing time for us is 21 months from 2nd AOR. My lawyer said that most probably we will receive the medicals, if everything went well, around early spring of 2012. It seems that they will not process our applications this year.

BTW, I sent CAIPS request three weeks ago and did not receive anything yet.

Will keep you posted.
