Hi every body,
Urgent question:
If I only send one email with the size of below 10MB (exactly 9842 KB=9.6 MB)
Do you think they receive my email? I got autoreply from them but even though I asked them for confirmation, they did not confirm if they have received them?
I read somewhere here that email should be below 5MB, is that correct?

I sent mine with a 14.5 mb and i recieved an auto response that they recieve my documents. After which like a week i recieved a MR and RPRF.

As far as I know, you all were in FSW1 (no job offer) and then submitted a job offer; are you considered a FSW2 now?
I graduated here and I am working in job different from the job (NOC) I applied for. Do you know if I should inform CIC with my current employment letter that I am working in Canada and ask them to consider me in FSW2? Thank a lot.

I have no idea what category the file has been placed now. If you have a job offer, I think you should let them know, I think it adds value to your application.

HI Fortunate,
To be honest,, I am not sure what category they consider my application, my MP said it should be FSW1 and my husbands job offer did not change it to FSW2. There is not a clue.

hi ram, at first, did you send your RPRF and e-medical info sheet via post? when you did e-medical, did they gave you documents?

I just sent the RPRF thru email only. (signed & scanned receipt)

When I did e-medical they gave me " E-Medical information sheet" with IME # on it. I just scanned & sent that along with RPRF receipt.

Nothing in regular mail/post.

"We suggest that you keep all scans to lower grade for text only forms. Should there be requirements for higher resolutions, such as logos, company letterheads, you can increase the size of the files. We can accept attachments up to 5MB’s."

Maybe they meant the size for each attached file, not the size for all attachments. Somebody just said that he sent an email with 14MB in size. Thanks ramcm31 .

NOC is the same 2121 (my spouse is the principal applicant). At the time we were applying, my NOC was also on the list - NOC 4152. I completed my PhD (Outside Canada). He is pursuing his PhD in Canada.

The job offer letter had when he was hired, the position, when the appointment will end, a description of his job, hours he works in a week and his salary.

I have asked my lawyer the same, but she told me that its standard message, we should the send the document through post, so she did. now do not know know what to do, shall I send it again ? or it might create confusion.

and more over I did not like to hire a lawyer its my office who are processing it so.I need to follow them

Actually my NOC is different from husband's. His job offer includes his annual salary, hours of working in a week, the company he works for provided him with. Because he was doing his Phd in Canada, he only had a work permit, and he was not eligible to work in Canada, but when he found the job, they provided him with an LMO and a job offer, then they applied for a work permit for him.It was along process.

I have received reply from New York office today, they say my file is under review with an visa office and they will contact me shortly.

will see what they will say and my file number has also changed from B** to E***.

Thanks for a very helpful information. As Usual you are champion of this forum. I got my permanent residence status by doing FLAG POLE. Within half an hour everything was done on both the borders.
