I am curious as to whether Buffalo applicants who do not qualify are getting rejected at the same rate as those being moved to the different visa offices (like NY, Detroit, etc) or getting medical requests or just having status changed to 'in process'.
I am wondering why they reject people at a slow pace. Surely those who do not qualify should be rejected almost immediately.
