I am bit confused because my Ecas is not working since last week.I have never applied for GCMS note , please anybody can suggest what i : have to do now. I am so much afraid my pR application.

Get ready to send them Personal History since April 2011. if possible send it now only...
Your medicals are good..not expired yet....
so once you send them this,...and there are no changes in your personal history....next step would be PPR...

I had same issue with e-cas and got mail to send the above details..not only for me..I have seen couple of people got similar mails....

Personal History:

If you remember when you were applying for PR, in the forms, you had entered your history.
When, and Where, whay you have been doing. (anything, like job, being student, travels longer than 6 month, etc).

It is dated back to when you were applying. so now, they would need a new one for this period of time.

But don't send anything unless you have been asked. because then, you make sure there is suitable correspondence between you and CIC/

You can search for document IMM5669E and fill the personal history section and be ready...
If you are unable to access your e-cas that means you are going to get some info soooon.....

Yes , i cant access my ECAS since last week. Everyday i am trying to check ecas but it doesnt go through.

I was not able to access E-cas during the last week.
But I checked it right now, and it shows it went in process in Feb 7 (the same date I recieved Emails from Ott-Pilot)

I think there is no harm in getting a GCSM note. You should consider you will get a answer on that in 1 month.
But I guess they will contact you during next few weeks as they have promised.

Btw, Ecas is a uselss crap and don't bother yourself with it.
People have been in process for more than one year. so just dont panic on not being able to get there.

my ECas remains out of reach. I still get the same error:
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:..."
I don't know what is really going on.

My case is exactly as yours. My medicals which shown received before has disappeared after one week of inability to log on to ecas. Med expired nov last year and am not sure if it has been extended as i have not received any email to extend my medicals. What do u guys think?
