bringing pets over from us to canada

my fiance will be bringing her dog over from us to canada when she comes to live with me as a visitor while we are working on her canadian papers. im assuming there is paperwork for pets as well? any help would be appreciated.

there is no paperwork. just make sure dog is healthy, and up to date on rabies vaccination. (bring proof, in case it was asked)

Have her get a vet-issued travel certificate. Additionally if the dog is not accustom to this type of travel I suggest something like Bach's Rescue Remedy or HomeoPet's Anxiety; this can help especially if there is a wait at the border and the dog get's at all anxious.
