Bridging open work permit

Can anyone please help me with this?

I want to apply for the Bridging open workpermit but I could not find any web link for that. Although CIC website has lots of information and how to apply , it never guide me tot he right place to apply. Although I mentioned that " I am applying for WORK, Morethan 6 months, and country of resident CANADA, it is leading me to the VISITOR VISA.

I would really appreciate If any one can give me the right weblink.
