I am currently on PGWP which is expiring soon but I am planning to get a LMIA closed work permit job in New Brunswick. Meanwhile I am waiting FSW draws to resume. I had a few questions:
1) While on closed work permit can I apply for PR through FSW once the draw resumes?
2) After applying for PR can I apply for a BOWP while on closed work permit?
3) Previously we could've applied for BOWP if our current work permit expires within 4 months. But recently that clause doesn't seem to be mentioned on IRCC page. Does that mean that I can apply for BOWP as soon as once I receive eAOR without waiting till work permit expiry?
4) If I work in New Brunswick, is there any obligation to apply for a PNP or Atlantic nominee program? Or can I apply for CEC after I get sufficient work experience?
