BOWP please help

Hi all,

I received AOR on Feb 8th, and both of our WP expire on May 12th, I am the principal applicant on the PR application, can I apply BOWP for myself and my wife at the same time? we both are working in Canada, my wife is expecting a baby in August, we want to have status in Canada to have an active health card, please guide me process how to proceed

It depends on what stream and what status you are at. But for the few that I have tried (to get an idea), only PA can get SOWP. Others may want to comment. And depending on which province you are staying at, getting worker permit doesn't mean you are covered by provincial health.
