Hello guys i applied citizenship in october 2017. And when i ordered notes in April the status under PAPER FILE LOCATION was Registry. Now after few months i ordered again and now PAPER FILE LOCATION has been changed to BLUE TAG - test ready. What does this mean? specifically blue tag. Please guide and thank you
