Bit confused about PNP points

Hi everyone. I just saw recently there was a PNP draw for particular professions with some minimum scores. My question is ,if we get a PNP, then obvioulsy the score would be xxx + 600 and then we update our profile and go into express entry with new scores. Can we make more changes modifications to the profile for example adding family members, or adding recently married spouse as the points would become less but still with the addition of 600 pnp points would be enough for getting an ITA in next draw. Are we allowed to modify our profiles after getting PNP or not ? Thanks
