They’ll request it after receiving your application. You’ll get a biometrics collection letter via either email or GCKEY.
The only place to give biometrics in the UK is London. I went in February if you’d like any advice in the future.
Hi all. I've received my biometrics letter but can't make it to London until the end of next month, still within the 30 days. Will this delay my application, or is the processing still ongoing? Thank you.
People have been transferred without medicals and biometrics complete so I wouldn't worry too much. If you know which date you can go then I'd suggest booking an appointment to cut down your waiting time as the London VAC can get very busy.

Does it counts when i entered Canada by air in my arrival there was a electronics or a machine that i scan my passport take my picture and fingerprint

No, when you apply for permanent residence you’ve got to give your biometrics regardless.
We've told you many times that you must give biometrics for an OWP and that you are not eligible for an OWP.
