Hi Guys.. I competed my biometrics on April 26 after which my account was updated to Biometrics : Completed and I was issued a biometrics number. However, on May 13, I received a letter from CIC requesting that I upload my biometrics as same was not uploaded. Is this a delay on CIC and VAC's end as I was told by VAC that my biometrics would have been uploaded shorty after the 26th. Should I follow up with VAC where I did my biometrics? I'm confused, given that my biometrics status was updated to Completed in my account.
