Biometrics for specific countries

I am going to apply for a sponsorship application from ME. Does she have to do biometrics before submitting the application? She has already given biometrics in a Canadian Embassy and her visa was refused. So she has UCI number.

No. Biometric requirement is not part of PR sponsorship. However medical and police report are part of the PR sponsorship requirement.

However she must report her visa denial in her PR application.
