My mom got a biometric retake appointment after 16 days of her first appointment in the VAC center. I’m wondering why the officer didn’t inform her that her fingerprints and / or her photographs were not valid once she took them. I believe they should tell her to do another attempt if the quality was poor immediately not waiting for 16 days to decide if it’s valid or not. Is there any chance to reconsider the old results because to go to the appointment again, she has to travel by air and the results won’t be guaranteed as they might wait for a while to verify about the quality of the results.
