Sent the application on 12th May ,processing fee withdrawn from account on August 12th and now application forwarded to ND on 3rd OCT, 2011. Applied under NOC 2121.

My hubby is a masters in bio technology working in a Pharma company , he is basically in to clinical research for new drugs I.e development & marketing of new drugs & Pharma products. I guess this comes under 2121. We are gonna apply in nov'11.now we are in the stage of collecting docs. . Any one in this jd? Pla suggest about the experience letter needs to contain.

I am planning for canada immigration, my wife is an main appliccant, her background is Bsc,Microbilogiest -Madras university, with more than 8yrs exp in water tretment plant experience is like food industries . can any one guide me wether she can apply under NOC 2121.when i talk to the consultant they blindly saying she is eleigble for 2121 noc list.

As you have told her education is BSc Microbiology and she is doing job in a water treatment plant and she has 8 yrs exp. I think she may be eligible to apply under NOC 2121. But it majorly depends upon her exp. Tell us what is her exact job title in that plant and her job duties.

it is not needed that u have a phd / dr to apply under noc 2121. your 55 to 75 % JD shoud have been matching to get the PER positively. If u feel ok with your jd, pls try your luck.

I feel better to try it not waiting .

Our category is very broad and stretches so many fields.From my personal experience it is not necessarily JD should exactly match (It is not practicle/possible).I cant agree 50-75% JD match,( if i recall correct a senior member Cappuccino or Wyne had same opinion/pl visit his blog get2canada.wold press.com http://get2canada.wordpress.com/ and get his opinion
