If this ammendment gets approved then brings lot of weight to the whole bill c6, as it does not sound good to drop the bill at its third stage containing ammendment which has been approved

Vote is for the amendment only. Weather it should be part of bill or not. That doesn't mean C-6 is getting approved.

Just the correction here, the vote is on the ammendment, not on debate adjournment. The speaker did a vote already for debate adjournment at which majority came nayy so they decided to do proceed and do vote at 4:04
