Best way to apply for OWP

What is the best way to apply for the open work permit?

My husband currently has an open, post graduate, work permit. We still need to apply for a new one based on the PR application, correct?

Should we submit the paper OWP application sent with application package? or online and link it to your account after you've sent the application package?

I would send with your PR application. Lots of threads/posts on this in this forum. It is also mentioned on the checklist what to do if you are sending an OWP application with your PR application.
