Hello Kind People - Please help!
My question is about reentering Canada and encompasses PR, Work permit and student visa.
I am on a student visa currently and my MBA program ends in March 2021. I am in India right now. I have to begin my job in Canada ( I have a valid job offer) from July 2021. Current processing times of the Work permit are 30 weeks and 15 weeks if applied from India and Canada respectively. 30 weeks will be too long given my start date in July. Entering Canada now on a Student permit and staying there for 15 weeks post-March will be too expensive and meaningless. What do you propose I do? Are these processing times expected to come down as processes stabilize? Also, when should I apply for PR - After getting a work permit or simultaneously once my MBA program ends?
