Thanks Elizabeth, I thought the problem with being "gemeldet" is, that you have to declare taxes, or is that not right?

no that has nothing to do with the taxes in Germany, the only thing is that you get a voting card sent to the address your registered at when there is an election. The lady at my 'Meldebehoerde' even advised me to stay registered in Germany, so I can renew my passport easier.
If you don't have any income in Germany you don't need to pay taxes or file a return.
