just call them and update your adreess and they will send it again if they alreasdy sent it before.
and you should know that pr card always being send by registered mail so no way to get lost.
dont worry call them ASAP,no need to apply again and no need to check the status for the pr as it does not take that long so you dont confuse yourself.

well my opinion this tool you are talking about could take some time for them to update the adrees (two to three weeks) my opinion still the same better to call them even if you are outside the country its faster (right away) and more credible.

I've sent an email to the Canadian Ambassy in Lebanon to where my application is at, no one has answered back to me.. i've sent
it last week. Does someone know if they will reply back or should i just call?I have been waiting 17 months and im getting sick of it!!!!!!!

be patient what 17 months is nothing
too many in this forum have been waiting for more than 24 months and im one of them and still waiting.
whatever just be patient it could take couple months more.
about your e-mail they usually dont respond evertime, when they do it takes between two to three weeks.

I think it comes down to who reads the emails. I've emailed twice in the last few months and both times I received a response within 2 days. Well I guess it doesn't matter how fast they respond since they aren't responding with a PPR.....Goodluck everyone!

I am still waiting too. I apply for my wife and damascus receive the file in december 15, 2010. My wife did the medical test 3 time. The last time was 3 month ago. 7amdillah she come 2 month ago with a visitor visa and we can wait the ppr together here in Canada. This week I receive a e-mail from beirut vo tell me that the file of my wife is almost done and that they will contact us very soon so nshallah 5eir.

Our ECAS updated a few weeks ago to show medical results received. The medicals were redone in April. I'm not getting my hopes up for that though.
