Sorry i am late to congratulate you for the visa, i was in Congo and i just came back yesterday after spending 16 days.

How are you? I am sad that you doubted that I would not visit this site regularly, this site was our relief and the encouragements that we took from each other was totally from the heart without anything in return, and don't forget that the (Mseebeh btijma3).

hi guys i received my immigration visa 2 weeks ago from canadian embassy in beirut, eventhough i was QSW applicant i would like to share my timeline with you:

- applied on april 2009 through damascus office
- interview done in abudhabi oct 2009
- federal sent in january 2010
- medical requested in january 2012 before they sent my application to beirut in february 2012 due to the bad situation in syria
- medical exam done in march 2012
- visa requested in january 2013
- visa received in one day on 14th february 2013.

please note that because my medical exam expires in march 2013 they gave me an extension period due to my condition (i'm still working and need some time to settle all my issues ( work, financials..etc)
my csq is expired but still i dont have any problem cause they have provided me some official papers to present it when i reach there.
i was the first one to receive this type of visa since long time ago.
all type of visas that were provided on that day were either spouse / husband sponsorship or family visa.

But you guys I just realized they made a mistake on that confirmation of permanent residence under citizenship they wrote : Libya instead of Lebanon..... ( he did study there for uni but he doesn't have citizenship) what should he do?? Is it gojg to be a problem when he comes to Canada?? It's their problem. And now he cannot return to embassy because he went back to Saudi ?! What should we do?

Its a new week and i will not have any hope for this week, Im 100% sure there is nothing for me this week, i hate how my situation is, I hope to god some of us in here get the visa this week, but for me Im sure i wont

Ladies & Gentlemen..ECAS has been updated for the first time in over 15 months for us !

"DECISION MADE"

New line added under decision made: ""A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Also, under current home address, they have updated it to the Calgary, Alberta Address..and has a link to update this address if theres a change.

Please share your thoughts! What does this mean??? My hubby's coming soon ???? What happens next?????? Its almost been 27 months years since we applied !!!

Congrats I think ur done and the DM has been made ..and visa is ready..they wont update the applicants adress to canada if the visa isnt ready!
