A question to those who had interviews or who knows ppl that had interviews, eza kl shi ok, will they stamp the visa right there, if they asked my husband to bring his passport?
Any idea?
oh btw, my husband doesnt need an interpretor. l interview is gonna be in arabic...bas ana n3ama 3a albei ma 3edet a3rif e2ra l e-mail mazbout.

I remember sanoua's husband did an interview also ALESCO's wife her interview will be on 13 of feb. that means before you by one day

I gave him a Wordfile that I put on it alot of questions that may ask I was preparing for an interview in case they ask me , so if you want it give me your email today ok

london - vancouver 9.10 hours
long long trip more than 14 hours 8) between elard w elsama

Any comments? My husband use to live in USA and had a criminal record we submitted all documents regarding this and that is has been taken care of. And today we received this email


The interview will be held on Tuesday, March 5th at 10 :00 am at the Embassy of Canada in Beirut, Lebanon. This letter must be presented at the reception on the day of the interview.

Please confirm your attendance and the language in which you will communicate during the interview by e-mail to berut.im-permanentresidence@international.gc.ca within 5 days of receipt of this invitation letter. Please note that if you fail to appear for interview as scheduled, the examination of your application will be completed based on the material available in your application. This could result in the refusal of your application.

The following documents are outstanding on your file. Although there is no guarantee that a visa will be issued following your interview, we request that you submit the following documents to expedite the processing of your file. Please note that the Right of Permanent Residence Fee is refundable if a visa is not issued. Please bring these documents and your original passport(s) to the interview.

- YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT

Criminal record in the States was taken care of, as you said, so what are you worried about? they haven't even mentioned it here!
Keep your hopes high and send them an email to inform them what language you prefer for the interview and go for it!
