Become a Citizen, but the CBSA officer at the airport says that my status is not updated.

So, this is so frustrating, Last year I became a Citizen, so I traveled on vacation, and when I returned the CBSA officer sent me to the immigration office because they are still seeing my name on the "restriction list", and this is because my profile status is not been updated from Refugee to a Citizen.
The Immigration officer told me that this is the CIC's responsibility and I need to contact them to update the file.
I did call the CIC and they said that everything from their end is completed and nothing is missing.

I don't know what to do, CIC and CBSA representatives are not able to help.

I wonder if anyone had a similar situation. Please share your experience with me.

Thank you for your reply. The immigration office also told me that if CIC didn't help.
